Mentorship

The Mentorship Program is designed to provide new agents with the skills they need to run a successful business while building a solid foundation of experience. Think of the Mentorship Program as "on the job training" for the Real Estate Professional. Your Mentor will work with you one on one through your first 3 transactions covering everything from lead generation and cultivation, to buyer & listing presentations, through the entire contract process, closing & follow-up! Your Mentor will guide you every step of the way.
